Service Description
You love bread, we all love bread, and we know nothing is better than freshly baked bread. However, getting to the bakery can be hard and sometimes pricey. When you take just a little time to make a loaf at home, you’re rewarded with delicious bread that is still warm from the oven and made with love and care. This hands-on workshop is a little bit of history, a heap of science, a pinch of skill-building, and a whole lot of deliciousness. In this course, you will find useful information and recipes for traditional breads, white breads, whole wheat breads, sweet breads, quick breads, unleavened breads, gluten-free breads, and alternative uses for stale breads. After this workshop, you will be able to not only impress friends and family with delicious breads, but can also pass along the tradition to the next generation. You may even get to take bread home with you!
